• Items must be returned in original packaging, new, unused, and without defects
• Refunds are processed within 30 days after we receive the returned items
• Shipping fees are not refunded for returns
• Discounted items are non-refundable

Faulty Items 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at support@rrulethelabel.com with your order details and photos. We’ll review it promptly and make it right as quickly as possible.

For non-faulty returns, the return shipping fee of $6 will be deducted on your refund.

Exchanges

For the quickest resolution, return the item you have and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.
